The Nevada Cattlemen's Association, Nevada Land Action Association, Nevada Cattlewomen's Association and Nevada Wool Grower’s Association would like to invite your business to participate in the 91st Annual Joint Convention & Trade Show. This year, our Annual Convention and Trade Show will be held on November 12-14 at the Elko Convention "E" Center in Elko, NV.NCA would also like to extend an invitation to all vendors to participate in a wine/whisky walk during the Trade Show Reception on the evening of November 12th. NCA is planning on an extensive hot and cold charcuterie during the Trade Show Reception. How this would work is, you as vendors, would select either a wine or bourbon that you would like to present at your booth. NCA is offering to host the first 3 bottles of wine with a budget of $30 each or the first 2 bottles of bourbon with a $40 each budget. Should you decide to go with some of the more expensive wine/bourbon, the remainder of the cost would be picked up by the vendor. Should you need more than the 3 bottles of wine or the 2 bottles of bourbon, the entirety of that cost would be the vendors' commitment. As for the vendors who will not be able to host an alcoholic beverage at their booth due to age limitations of vendor employees/volunteers, government affiliation, or just by choice, other arrangements can be made to accommodate vendor participation with an alternative beverage. i.e., non-alcohol beer, or maybe a non-alcohol cocktail. The deadline for participation is November 1, 2026. The list of available wines and bourbons through Machi's will be provided at a later date.
